Scrapped the old PVP base and made a new one.


-Added perfect hybrid timers(Hybrid like a RS player)
-Added a sort of "Damage Soaking" system(No more getting insanely hit when your wearing good armor)
-Fixed the magic system(Ancients doesn't allow you to spam barrage the other player)
-Fixed Bind and Snare(No more casting bind and snare on a player so they cannot move at all, these spells have delays)
